Mercy Boutique 2025 Update. ♔

Hey guys! I wanted to share a quick update on where I’m taking Mercy Boutique right now. If you’ve been with me from the beginning, you’ve probably seen different phases of MB over the years. Now, five years into this journey, I’ve learned a ton and I’m always tweaking things, trying out new ideas, and evolving the business.

This spring, you might have noticed we launched with a smaller variety of inventory—some best sellers from previous years, plus a few new favorites. I wanted to be more hands-on with our inventory and personally pick pieces I really love. That was a big reason behind this change. But don’t worry, that’s not all! We already have new clothing drops scheduled throughout spring and summer.

This approach gives me time to really connect with each piece and share it with you without overwhelming anyone (including myself!). When you drop too much at once, things tend to get overlooked, and I want every item to get the attention it deserves. Plus, these drops add a little suspense and excitement—something fun to look forward to!

I have recently revised certain aspects of my business plan to prioritize a more intimate, hands-on, and personal engagement with Mercy Boutique, my inventory, and our valued customers. Feedback indicates that many appreciate seeing me as “the face of Mercy Boutique" on the website. While I will continue to feature traditional product photography, I will also incorporate my own styling and outfit-of-the-day (OOTD) images alongside the inventory. I look forward to fostering a closer connection with our community through this approach.

Finally, another update: Mercy Boutique will primarily focus on "spring and summer" inventory that suits warmer climates. This means that during the fall and winter seasons, I will not be transitioning the entire inventory to a winter collection. We aim to maintain a consistent, warm-weather selection throughout the year. which is actually how Mercy Boutique originally started.

After thorough analysis of our sales data—including best-selling products, key customer locations, and peak sales periods—we have identified the niche where Mercy Boutique performs optimally. This strategic focus aligns well with my personal fashion preferences as the owner. Additionally, Since we ship all across the entire United States, this business plan is effective throughout the year.

So, that’s the vision for Mercy Boutique at this moment, and I’m genuinely excited about where we’re headed. Now, we all know that plans can change, and if they do, I’ll make sure you’re kept informed. But right now, I’m confident in these decisions and committed to moving forward with purpose.

Thank you for your support—it means a lot. I hope this gives you a clearer picture of the direction Mercy Boutique is taking.
